- 20g olive oil
- 2 Chorizos, Sliced
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves
- 20g olive oil
- 4 chicken thighs, Sliced into strips
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 70g tomato paste
- 250g beef stock
- 100g rice

1) put olive oil and chorizo into thermomix. Cook 100 deg, reverse, soft, 6 minutes with basket on top
2) prepare veges
3) Take out chorizo and put in bowl
4) Put olive oil, thigh fillets into thermomix. Cook 100 deg, reverse, soft, 10 minutes, measuring cup on top
5) Remove chicken to chorizo bowl
6) blitz verges, 5 seconds speed 10, scrape down sides and repeat
7) Add can tomatoes, tomato paste, cook varoma, speed 2, 15 minutes, with basket on top
Add beef stock, rice and meats. Cook 90deg, 20 minutes, reverse, speed soft with basket on top.
9) place in thermo server
Tip
Julie uses rising pasta but works well with rice to be gluten free.
Could add chilli to spice it up
