- 1 --- apple, peeled, seeded & cut into quarters
- 20 g red onion
- 15 g olive oil
- 1/2 Juice of a large lemon
- 1 scoop sultanas

- Throw all the ingredients into the bowl and blitz it for 10 seconds on speed 4. So simple!
Blitz it all!
Tip
Such a simple dish with only a handful of ingredients but it tastes so damn good!
You can boost it with goats cheese or nuts or seeds if you like, but it really doesn't need it.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. I made this today, I had no Broccoli so I shredded some lettuce leaves, also added some red and yellow Capsicum and a stick of celery that I diced by hand, I also left the skin on my red apple. It was delicious, I can see myself making this quite alot from now on. Very simple to put together. Thanks for a top recipe!
This is my absolute favourite salad. I crave it during the day. Just delicious!!!
