Vegie Mix
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 275 grams peas, Frozen
- 1 red capsicum
- 50 grams your preferred cooking oil
- 1 onion, Small
- 1 clove garlic, Small - optional
Dressing
- 50 grams lemon or lime juice, I prefer lemon juice
- 1 bunch Parsley, flat Italian fresh, 2 loose handfuls
- 20 grams Lemon or lime zest
- 65 grams Olive Oil - EVOO is best
Pasta
- 400 grams linguini pasta
To Serve
- 80 grams parmesan cheese, Cubed roughly
- 1 bunch mint leaves, 1 loose handful

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. 11-13 mins.
Place onion, and optional garlic and chop for 3 seconds on speed 6.
Add oil and sauté for 2 mins at 100 degrees on speed 1, remove the MC so steam can escape!
Add asparagus and capsicum chop coarsely on speed 4 for 2-3 sec, Cook on 100 degrees for 4mins reverse speed 1.
Add peas and cook for 1 minute 100 degrees reverse speed 1.
Meanwhile; Drain, pasta lightly leaving some of the cooking water. Place in the Thermosever.
Add the above Veg mixture
Wipe out bowl no need to wash! Blitz peel in TM bowl.
Insert butterfly, combine oil, parsley, and lemon juice, whisk with butterfly speed 4 for 5-10 secs . Add to pasta mixture.
As you serve to the table; add cheese and mint then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
Place parmesan in TM bowl and smash for 10 seconds on speed 9. Set this aside.
