I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Grate your parmesan in the thermomix first, by putting it in the thermomix and turning it up to 9 or 10 for a few second. Put in a bowl and put aside for later. Also put some water on to boil for your pasta
Peel the onion and garlic, halve the onion and put it in the thermomix and blitz for 5 second on speed 5. Put in the bacon as well and give it another few second on speed 5. It helps a bit if the bacon is a bit frozen
Put in the oil or butter and cook on varoma, speed 1 for 8 minutes.
Chop the chicken into bit sized pieces and put in the thermomix. COok this on varoma reverse speed 1.
After 5 minutes, or when the chicken is no longer pink on the outside, slice the field mushrooms and put them in, along with the thickened cream and whipping cream. Cook on varoma reverse speed 1 for 10 minutes. This is also a good time to put your pasta on.
Once the 10 minutes is up, mix the sauce with the pasta and enjoy! This isn't particuarly healthy, but it sure is delicious!

I have been making this recipe for years, it`s a huge favourite with my 16year old son, he has requested it for dinner tonight
Thank you for sharing.
Very tasty
I had the same issues with to much liquid. Tasty though, the kids loved it, just needs a few tweeks. Thanks for sharing.
Tasty dish, mine came out very watery though so I added 30 grams of flour and cooked for another few minutes. It also went pretty mushy after cooking the chicken so I'd suggest doing that part on reverse as well
