Tomato adds a nice flavour. I added Parmesan at the end. Thanks for sharing.
Totally easy and delicious.
Family (kids and husband) fought for the leftovers!!
Am I the only one that queries speed 13 for sauteeing leeks? I put it on speed 3?
Tasty and healthy!
This is so simple and delicious! I usually add mushrooms as suggested and always turns out perfectly. Thanks for sharing
Absolutely gorgeous and so simple! I added a chorizo as well as corn and it was a huge hit thanks
This was by far the best risotto I've made in my thermie so far! Thanks for a great recipe!
Easy and delicious (my two fave things when it comes to dinner!). I swapped the tomato for a tin of corn and it was yum! Thanks
My husband made this whilst wrangling our sick baby and he said it was really easy. We loved it and it tasted so cheesey without any cheese which we appreciated as we can't have dairy. It will become a regular after work meal i think.
Nice and easy - I added some mushrooms and pinenuts and the human and loved it
