Delicious! I added frozen spinach and mushrooms before the final 10 min cooking time. Usee store bought stock and used same stock instead of wine. Added 100g cream on speed 1 reverse 1 min for creaminess and was wonderful!!!

This is on high rotation at our house! I add one diced chicken breast in at step 4 and use mushrooms instead of olives

My family loves this. Best made with a high quality chorrizo. I made 1.5 x quantity as we are a family of 6. Still worked well. Thanks for the recipe tmrc_emoticons.)

This was delicious! I have only had my thermomix for 2 weeks and this has been one of the best dishes I've cooked. Super easy for beginners. I also added a second chorizo sausage. Thank you!

My 6 year old and 9 year old absolutely loved this- so did hubby.  I used x 2 Chorizo's instead of just one. I also omitted the olives & chilli. I used x1 tavlespoon of TM veggie stock. I also pulled out butterfly and cooked on reverse speed stir gently.
