Ingredients

Dough

  • 200 grams Plain Flour.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Oilve Oil.

Filling

  • 250 gram pumpkin
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil.
  • pinch Salt.
  • pinch pepper

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 250 gram cream
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 4 leaf Sage
  • 150 gram Parmasen Cheese
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Place plain flour, eggs and extra virgin Oilve Oil into mixing bowel and knead 2 MinsDough mode"Dough mode"

    Transfer dough onto bench and work into a Ball. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 Minutes 

    Once the dough has rested, place the dough on a floured surface and roll out into thing 2mm rectanges with either a rolling pin or pasta machine. sprinkle extra flour to stop it from Sticking onto the bench

    Cut into circles with a cup and place 1/2 teaspoon on filling in each one. Fold in half and crimp the edges with a fork to ensure they dont seperate. 

    Put into a saucepan of rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes then Transfer onto a plate and cover with the sauce, serve hot with Parmasan Cheese.

  5. cut Pumpkin into 2cm pieces put on baking tray cover with Olive oil garlic, salt and pepper and cook at 250 degress for 30 minutes or until soft and slightly brown. 

    once its cooked, transfer everything into the mixing bowl and blitz on speed 8 for 5 seconds.

  8. Place butter in a Mixing Bowl speed 2Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  100 degrees add garlic and onion blitz on speed 5 for 5 seconds. 

    Add handful of picked washed sage leaves. Saute on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 100 degrees 5 minutes.

    Add cream. Season with salt and pepper
