Ingredients
Bolognaise
- 1000 grams Rump Steak, Cut into 3 cm chunks
- 1 onion, Cut in half
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 g olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 70 g red wine
- 400 g Tinned tomatoes
- 1/2 can tomato puree
- 1 level tablespoon cornflour

1. Mince meat in two batches press turbo 3-4 times until desired consistency.
2. Remove meat and set aside, add onion, garlic chop on 4 for 5 seconds.
Add oil and cook on varoma for 3 minutes, speed 2.
3. Add meat back into bowl and cook on 100 "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 for 8 minutes. Remove MC and put basket on top to stop splatter.
4. Add thyme, sugar, wine, can of tomatoes, purée, cornflour and salt. Leave basket on top and remove MC to reduce sauce. Cook on varoma "Counter-clockwise operation" for 10 minutes at speed 1.
Serve with pasta.
Tip
Remove MC and put basket on top to reduce the sauce further
