- 250 grams Philly cheese
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 sticks Eschallots or spring onions
- 1 pinch salt

Blitz Garlic, eschallots and parsley 5 secs speed 5
Add Philly cheese cut into cubes, butter chicken sauce, tahini, sour cream and salt and blitz 10 secs speed 5
Add cashews and blitz 5 secs speed 5
