Ingredients
- 180 grams Tasty cheese
- 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
- 15 grams jalapeño chillies drained
- 2 stalks spring onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 grams Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 150 g Tinned tomatoes
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g sour cream

Add cheese and cornflolur to bowl and grate 10seconds/.speed 5. Set aside
Add jalapeno chillies to bowl and chop 5 seconds/sepeed 5. Set aside
Add shallots and garlic to bowl and chop 10 seconds/speed 5. Scrape sides of bowl.
Add butter and cook 2 minutes/varoma/speed 1
Add cumin powder and tomatoes and cook 2 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1
Add sour cream, cream cheese, and reserved cheese, cornflour and jalapeno chillies. Cook for 5 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2, or until cheese has melted
Transfer to a heat proof bowl and serve with corn chips and vegetable sticks
