1. Add all ingredients except oil to thermomix bowl and process 10 seconds/speed 6. Scrap down side of the bowl.
2. Weigh out oil into a small measuring jug. While thermomix running at speed 5 with MC removed, slowly pour in olive oil. This should take approx 1min 30 seconds.

Tip
This is delishious served alongside rustic roast potatoes baked in olive oil, rosemary and garlic.

Worked for me I am very happy as I will not eat anything that has raw egg in it.

I made this last night too and came up with a fail. I worked out it's because the recipe doesn't include anything with depth. I added mayonnaise (about a cup) and mixed it up. It thickened it up greatly.
Complete fail . Followed recipe to the letter and it came out oily with no creaminess at all.
Any suggestions as to what could have gone wrong?
