I haven’t made this yet but may I ask why you have to put into jars and turn upside down please?

This recipe was very successful and everyone enjoyed the jam! It did stick a bit to the bottom of the TM bowl but bicarb got it off.

This jam is lovely. I am on my second batch now. I have an abundance of mulberries so I substituted the blueberries and everyone is raving about it. Thankyou so muchSmile

Nice and easy recipe, and the jam is a great texture without changing a thing.

Personally I think I'll use a little less spice next time I make it, but that's just personal taste.

I loved the flavour of this - I added some lemon juice for some pectin.  Very nice tart jam which I love. I have only licked the bowl so not sure of the cooled thickness - I cooked for 30 mins as I would prefer it not to be too thick.  The flavour was declicious though... yum!

This is delicious and beautifully thick. A neighbour gave me some rhubarb so this was how I used some of it. Thanks
