Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • Milk or water, to soak bread
  • 100 grams tarama
  • 1 clove garlic
  • onion, peeled & halved
  • 60 grams olive oil
  • 80 grams lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. soak the bread for 5 mins

    process garlic onion for 10s on sp9

    squeeze out excess liquid from bread and add to TM bowl

    process for 30s on sp7 adding oil through hole in the lid

    when thick and creamy add lemon juice and process on sp 2 to combine

* A popular Greek dip

* smoked salmon can be used instead of tarama
