Ingredients

  • 500 grams cooked pumpkin
  • small bunch coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
  • 40 grams Lime or Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 70 grams roasted peanuts or cashews

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1.  

    Place garlic and fresh ginger in TM bowl for 5 seconds on speed 7.

    Scrape down sides.

    Place rest of ingredients into TM bowl and set to closed lid position.

    Pulse with Turbo button for 5-10 seconds (about 4 pulses).

Tip

makes 4 pots of dip. Can be frozen.

    Very easy and quite delicious. A bit runny though. Next time I wil try it with a fresh chilli put in when I dice the ginger and garlic. Needs more bite 🌶
