Gluten free/Egg free Besan Flour pancakes
Tip
The Chickpea is a legume and is high in protein. It is one of the earliest cultivated legumes It is gluten free because it is a seed and not a grain. The Thermomix is the ONLY machine capable of milling Chickpeas and or Lupins. No other household appliance is capable to mill these very hard seeds. Do protect your ears while milling.
