- 100 grams onion, cut in half
- 100 grams carrot, cut in pieces
- 200 grams Beetroot, cut in pieces
- 40 grams oil
- 150 grams potato, cut in pieces
- 100 grams red capsicum, cut in pieces
- 200 grams cabbage, chopped into small strips
- 1000 grams water
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper

place mix into seperate bowl.
place onion and carrots into bowl and chop 5 sec/ sp. 5
add beetroot, oil 5 min/varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp. 1-2
add potatoes, capsicum,cabbage, water 17 min/100*C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp 1
add parsley/tomato mix, salt, pepper 5 min/100*C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp. 1
serve hot in deep bowls
decorate with parsley if you like.
