I love the simplicity of this soup. I didn't have potatoes, so just used what vegies I had in the fridge. Also fried up an onion & garlic in ghee, before adding everything else - cauliflower, celery, carrot, zuchinni, book chop and coriander. I added some cooked prawns from the freezer for protein.....voila👉🏼Yummy fast food👌🏼
Quick and yummy. Also doubled broccoli, increased water to 650g & added tasty cheese and sour cream at the end.
Great recipe ,whole family enjoyed a great soup lunch today , soooo easy
Lovely soup, but watery, so I added more broccoli & then parmesan & risoni once cooked. Thanks for the recipe.
YUMMY! Just whipped this up for lunch! I didnt add the cream just substituted it with grated cheese which you could grate at the beggining of the recipe and mix it htrough as the recipe states at the end. Thanks for sharing,
Simple, delicious soup.
My variatons: 650 water, 200 broc, one huge potato and I only had pure cream so used 80 mls.
So easy and very t a s t y !!
I added doubled the broccoli and then some ( a whole head !! ) and added slightly longer cooking time to thicken it up as I increased water to about 650g.
Served with loads grated parmesan on top and lots of salt and pepper
Lovely soup but I add double the broccoli and only use about 400g water, I wait for the first lot to cook down for a bout ten minutes then chuck in the next lot of broccoli I also use chicken stock paste instead yum yum!
Absolutely delicious! Also so easy, thanks
Thanks for a great recipe. I added 75g blue cheese and it was wonderful. No salt though
