Beautiful soup. I put in a whole chilli and subbed the coconut milk with cream as I had some that needed using up. It was delicious with a slice of crusty white bread!
Soooo good. Best thermie soup we've tried. (Used less liquid as like a thicker soup)
Best ever soup.
FABULOUS! A favourite in our family! Changed coconut cream to light coconut milk to reduce calories. Loved it!! Great job.
Great recipe
So quick and yum. I had no fresh coriander so used some ground coriander and it still tasted yum.
Simple, flavoursome and filling. This soup is soooo easy to make and is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend, particularly when short for time.
This soup is so tasty and yum
Olive oil will be fine.
Is it a problem if you don't have coconut oil? Can I substitute something else?
