Delicious soup! It was a surprise how the flavours came together. Thanks.
A very more-ish soup perfect for a cold winter evening!
This was delicious. Even though I had no leeks, so I used 3 spring onions, 2 brown onions and a broccoli stalk! I also only had beef mince (500g) and 30g left of sunflower oil. I did have fresh Thyme and Basil from the garden. I used half a dozen small sprigs of Thyme and a big hand full of basil leaves. Yummmmmmmy. Thanks.
