- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 grams oil
- 780 grams pumpkin, Chopped roughly
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock
- 350 grams water
- 80 grams thickened cream

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place onion & garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add oil & sauté for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
Add pumpkin. Chop for 15 seconds on speed 7
Add stock & water. Cook for 20 minutes on 100 degrees speed 1.
Add the cream and blend 20 secs by going from speed 1 to 9
