This was absolutely delicious.  The smells of the lamb and rosemary coming from the thermie were gorgeous.  The flavours were also gorgeous.  I didn't have any risonni, so proceeded with the recipe without adding it where required, and then for the final 15 minutes I threw in 1 cup of small spiral pasta, as well as the peas.  It was all cooked to perfection using the times given in the recipe.  The consistency was more of a stew than a soup, which was perfect for us.  I think the spuds had disintegrated a bit and made it thicker.  I used baby potatos cut into half, and found only small pieces of spud afterwards.  Next time, maybe larger potatos cut into half.  My two super-fussy kids complained as usual, but managed to finish off their bowls (you would have to live with them to actually understand what a massive compliment that is).  Thank you Trudy Thermagerl - a lovely recipe.  This will be added as a "regular" dish to our family's menu. tmrc_emoticons.)

I am so sorry I didnt receive a notification about your post! Perhaps the potatoes need to be cut larger? or try a lower speed?

This had a lovely flavour but was the consistency of mashed potato! it was just puréed! How do I get it to look like the picture?!

Lamb was very succulent and I describe it as a sunday roast in a bowl. Kids and hubby loved it and licked bowl clean
