Ingredients
1 onion
- 1 brown onion, halved
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 celery sticks roughly chopped
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 corn cobs, kernels removed
- 2 slices bacon or smoked ham, chopped
- 800 grams chicken stock
- 1 heaped tablespoon Veg Stock Concentrate
- 100 grams cream
- 20 grams butter or oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Chop onion 2 seconds Speed 6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add carrot, celery and bacon. Chop 3 seconds Speed 5
Add 20 g butter or oil and saute 3 minutes Varoma temperature speed 1
Add corn kernels and cubed potato. Pour in chicken stock and add 1 Tbsp veg stock concentrate. Cook 25 minutes 100 degrees Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Add 1 MC cream and mix 10 - 15 seconds Speed 5 to thicken. Add pepper and salt to taste.

I substituted shallots for onions and went with the ham as thats all I had. Yum!
