500g zucchini ~~~ speed 6 for 5 sec place in bowl with apple and carrots
1 brown onion ~~~ speed 6 for 3 sec- add to mix in separate bowl
1 jar of tomato chutney 700g beef mince add to bowl
add your bread crumbs slowly approx. 400-500g until your mix feels dry. I do this by hand!
Now divide the mix 200g approx. to each sheet of puff
any left over mix I just add onto the sheets were needed.
Roll them back up into the puff plastic and then in glad and pop into the freezer.
These can be baked from frozen 180deg for aprox 40min or cook and enjoy after rolling!
Or simply bake a few straight away!
You can add an egg wash to them for extra golden sausage rolls!!
Lay out all of your puff pastry sheets whilst you prep the mix
