  • 230 g Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter, Cold
  • 120 g flour, 1-1 any flour (GF etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder, Optional
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cheese into bowl, cubed 3 cm
  2. Secure lid and MC, shred cheese 10 sec/ speed 7
  3. Add butter, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in bowl
  4. Secure lid and MC, 5 sec/ speed 5, scrape sides
  5. Add flour. Secure lid and MC, 5 sec/ speed 5. Consistency should look like breadcrumbs.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of water. Secure lid and MC, 5 sec/ speed 5. Consistency should resemble dough.


    repeat 5-10 sec/ speed 5 until well
    combined.
  7. Empty dough into silicone mat and bring dough together with hands into a ball.


    Glad wrap ball and put in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  8. preheat oven to 175 Celsius

    Split into 3 rolls and roll thin (
  9. Bake at 175 Celsius for 15-17 minutes until golden brown
  10. Break into scored lines and store in an airtight container.

Tip

You want the dough to be thin as it does rise slightly. You can poke a single hole in the middle of each square to prevent ballooning
