  • 900 grams water
  • 130 grams macaroni
  • 140 grams cheese grated in TMX
  • 110 grams Milk
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees 


    Cut cheese into rough cubes and Grate 10sec Speed 9, scrape out the bowl and set aside. 


     


    Rinse bowl


     


    Add 900g of water and cook 6min/100deg/Speed 1 (this is to get water hot to cook pasta) 


     


    Add the 130g of Macaaroni to the water 8-10min/ /100deg counter-clockwise operation


     


    Drain pasta (you can use the basket for this) and set aside. 


     


    Give bowl a quick rinse and wipe dry. 


     


    Add the grated cheese, 100g milk and 1 egg. Mix 10sec/ Speed 3


     


    Add cooked macaroni to mix and 10sec/speed 2 counter-clockwise operation


     


    Spoon this mixture into greased muffin tray making sure to use all the egg/milk mixture.


     


    Bake for 20 minutes then let cool and enjoy. 

Tip

These are great in lunchboxes and freeze well. You could also make them Gluten Free is using a Gluten free Pasta

    I just made these for my fussy daughter. I improvised a bit with what I had. I made a double batch of the 'sauce' I added 1 small zucchini, 1 carrot and a chunk of pumpkin. I also added some garlic paste. I cooked a 250g bag of gluten free penne. They are absolutely delicious and we will definitely make them again!

    Deliciously amazing!!!

    I made these as a quick lunch for Good Friday as we’re having a day at the beach. A delicious grab and go lunch. I read some of the comments and added carrot, corn and some veggie stock paste.

    Yummy! I added frozen mixed veg and a smokey sausage which i blitzed up with the cheese. Also added garlic powder, salt and pepper for flavour.
