So light and so many options for personalising the flavour. I made larger muffins and and cooked for 15 mins FF 160°. First time around, I topped with sliced ham and for one of them I swirled a touch of vegemite through the batter once in the muffin tray. I used my rose gold TM muffin tin and no sticking.
Very easy to make I used gluten free flour and added bacon on top. Very good
Quick and easy, I added 2 spring onions to the mix when grating the cheese

These are great. Everyone loved them. Added onion when doing the cheese. And also some diced bacon when adding the rest of the ingredients. Will make again
Amazing, so good for lunch boxes. Will make double next time as I ate most of them!
