Recipe's preparation

    DOUGH
  1. Prepare Pizza Dough as per recipe in Basic Cookcook.

I have also used a pumpkin dough recipe found in recipe community (link in Tips below)

  2. Add whatever toppings desired (amounts can vary slightly from ingredient list) into thermomix and mix 3-4 sec on speed 6.

Whatever toppings are used, the mix needs  to turn out like a thick/chunky paste not liquified.

  3. When dough has doubled in size, roll out on thermomat to form a rectangle. Thickness of dough is optional but i kept it at as thin as i could manage about 5-7mm.

  4. spread topping mix out evenly on dough.

gently roll dough to form a long roll and gently press on ends to seal dough together

using thermomix spatula slice the roll into approx 12-13 pieces, arrange next to each other on an oven tray lined with baking paper

bake at 200 degrees for 20-25minutes

Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Tip

I made pizzas one night and had leftover toppings and dough so used it the next day to make scrolls for the kids lunch boxes tmrc_emoticons.-)

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Great recipe concept, worked really well!  I used different portions of ingredients but turned out really well and kids loved it for afternoon tea and looking forward to having in their lunch boxes tomorrow!

A brilliant idea! Thanks for sharing. I didn't use the ingredients the same way but I was looking for some inspiration with the ingredients I had - chicken I needed to use up, mozzarella cheese that wasn't going to last much longer and leftover guacamole, no nacho chips but I did have some pizza dough. I left my ingredients as is rather than put them into a chunky paste but made it into scrolls using your instructions. It was great! Thanks!
