I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celcius.
Place Whole wheat grain into the TM bowl. Mill for 1 minute on Speed 9.
Add first water then yeast, salt, flour and oil. Mix for 5 Seconds on Speed 7 to combine.
Set dial to "Closed lid" . Knead the dough for 1 minute and 30 seconds on "Dough mode" .
Take the dough out and knead on lightly floured bench for further 1 minute.
Place the dough in a slightly oiled bowl and cover with cling film. Leave dough in a warm place to prove for 20-30 minutes. Dough should roughly double in size.
Once dough has risen, make a fist with one hand and punch down the centre of the dough. Remove onto slightly floured surface and knead untill dough returns to original size.
Split into two balls.
Take one of your balls of dough and roll out into a 30cmx40cm rectangle. Sprinkle with your choice of fillings. Remember to leave a 2cm clear edge at the far end.
Roll up into a log. Sprinkle water on the 2cm lip you left and stick the dough down.
Cut crossways making each portion 4cm in width. Place face down on a floured baking tray and bake for 20 min or untill golden brown.

These are a weekly favourite in our house.
super easy to make too.
I just use 500grams of bakers flour and they are incredible.
Thank you for a great recipe!
While it's great to mill your grains fresh, if you don't have any whole grains you can subtitute with whole grain flour.
