Very easy, but will add some stock concentrate next time to increase flavour.
Very tasty, after reducing the amount of breadcrumbs and adding ginger and more chili sauce. Blitzing the spring onions and fresh coriander before adding the mince is also a great tip. WIll definitely be making these again as nothing beats compliments from guests when serving up a new recipe. Thank you for sharing yours.
Very nice, second time I have made them. Added extra sweet chilli sauce & soy sauce, halved the breadcrumbs. I think next time I will blitz the spring onion and coriander to make it finer before adding the other ingredients. Went down very well at my daughters 21st
Not bad, I think I'll tweak the recipe next time - less bread crumbs and maybe some soy and some ginger to add more flavour. Nice, quick and easy to make though
