Ingredients

  • 110 g Butter, cubed
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 20 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 75 g dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, dark or milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, sugar and honey to tmx bow and melt 3 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1 or until melted.

     

  2. Add oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, apricots and cinnamon to the bowl and mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 for 10 seconds, using spatula to help combine.

     

  3. Press mixture into a lined tin (20cm x 30cm) and press chocolate chips into top.

     

  4. Bake in an oven at 160 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut while warm and cool in tin.

     

Tip

You can use nuts if you wish or change the apricots for sultanas or other dried fruit.

Cutting whilst warm can be tricky and messy, but trust me it turns out ok!

    Really good. Soft and gooey. Used more apricots and chopped on turbo a couple of times. Left in the TM and cooked with the butter, sugar, honey mixture. Used white choc chips and mixed in. Definitely 10/10 😀
