Amazing and sooo easy
Kids and hubby both love this recipe!
I halve the recipe and it makes 10 good lunchbox sized muffins
Quick and easy to make! I made mini muffins (took 15mins) from the mix to freeze for school lunch boxes. I've had to hide them from the kids!
These are delicious! So light and fluffy. I added choc chips in the final mix.
