Must Try Clone of Moist Banana Cake
- 3 ripe bananas, Peeled
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g Butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 240 g Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 50 g buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add bananas and vanilla paste in the TM Bowl for 5 seconds on speed 4 and Set mixture aside
Add butter and sugar in TM Bowl for 20 seconds on
Speed 5
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well in between each egg for 10 seconds on Speed 5
Add the banana mixture and mix for 3 seconds on speed 5
Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and buttermilk and mix for
20 seconds on speed 4
Pour into a greased 20cm cake tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour
Preheat fan forced oven to 160c
If undercooked- Drop oven temperature to 140c and bake for 10-15 minutes
