Oh my goodness!!!! This has come in as being one of my favourite soups! This is delicious!
I didn’t have any sesame oil so I just didn’t add it and I cooked up some diced chicken to add instead of roast chicken!
so yum and my whole family loved it and devoured it! Thank you. My husband complained when I told him what we were having for tea, said it would be crap (he doesn’t like corn) but he was very impressed and went back for seconds and thirds 😂

    Lovely consistency to this soup.
I used home made chicken broth and poached my own chicken stock but found it still needed quite a bit of seasoning added at the end (even before adding the traditional soy sauce!).
Next time I think I'll add some freshly grated ginger.
Thank you for sharing this easy recipe.

    Even better than a restaurant...

I made this soup today, family loved it. So easy and quick to make, think it will become a new staple in our house this coming winter.

So good! Thank you. I have been sick and this is all I wanted. Had all the ingredients at home, simple to make and better than from our local restaurant Smile

A new fav here tmrc_emoticons.) We went out for a Chinese dinner about 2 weeks with friends after I had made this for the first time. After the first spoonful my hubby said to the table that "this was nothing compares to my wife's sweet corn soup". Thank you for making me look so good and our tummies so deliciously filled.
