I use this very, very frequently! I'm not that crash hot at cooking, so have found this recipe to actually be perfect. Despite a few others commenting on it not working.. . I have had success every time! Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe to the community tmrc_emoticons.)

Very nice thanks... if use cornflour instead of normal four, it is gluten and dairy free which is very handy tmrc_emoticons.-)

I'm very sorry you experienced this (The Muffin Police). You may have been a little heavy handed with the salt. Better luck with your next recipe.

I feel like Lisa Simpson's pet horse in that episode where Lisa excessively feeds the horse salt licks.. I feel like ive just open mouth back stroked accross the Tasman Sea.. I feel like an Olympic marathon has just been ran in my mouth with no gold medallion given at the finish line.. To put it bluntly this was a salty episode of salt in the city, and all even Miranda  was gettin it in.. Good lord.. Global El nino currents are diverting as a direct reduction of ocean salt deposits...

I give this recipe 2 out of 5 Simpsons horse salt licks!

This did not work for me and as others have said was too salty and thick. i will try again perhaps using 1 teaspoon of vege stock instead of a tablespoon.

This is amazing!!! I added one tablespoon of cream at the end and my husband just kept looking at me like this was the best thing he's ever eaten!
