- 4 Cup, Campbells Real Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup, Polenta
- 1 Cup, Parmesan Cheese

Pour Chicken Stock into TM Bowl. Set on 100c, "Gentle stir setting" bring to the boil and then lower to 80c and slowly add the polenta, speed 2, 20 mins.
Add Parmesan and butter, keep speed and temperature the same for another 2mins.
Pour into a large tray too cool and thicken. Top with sliced chilli and spring onions.

Tip
Serve with lamb shanks as a side dish or as a replacement for mashed potatoes or as a main dish with a sauce topping.
