Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 180 bakers flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (make your own EDC)
- 100 g caster sugar - or blitz your own
- 60 g Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or 1 teaspoon Vanilla Esssence
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 70 g lime juice
- 170 g canned passionfruit or 3-4 fresh passionfruit

preheat oven to 180°
grease tart cases well (the ones with the pop out bottoms are the best)
melt butter on 60°, 90 seconds, speed 2
add flour, coconut, sugar and vanilla. Mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds to combine
press into prepared cases and bake for 10-12 mins or until slightly golden
Put into the TM bowl - condensed milk, lime juice and half of the passionfruit. Mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 3 for 10 seconds
Pour into prepared tart cases and top with remaining passionfruit – stir gently to create swirls with a toothpick or skewer
Bake 10-12 mins or until golden around the edges (this will be dependent on the size tarts you are making)

Hi, I was wondering if the measuremnt of 1 tablespoon of condensed milk is correct? Thanks.
Depends on the tart size that you make. I made 6 x 4 inch tarts, or you could make one large one or at least 12 little ones in a shallow patty pan.
