Made these this morning for lunch boxes, used chia seeds also, as did not have pumpkin seeds. Really lovely!

Yum, Yum, Yum, Yum & Yum...thanks for this recipe.  My 3 kids, ranging from 20mths to nearly 5 (and us) loved it.  Just cooked it while we were having dinner ready for school lunch tomorrow.  So quick and easy to make.  I didn't have pumpkin seeds so added 20g of chia seeds instead, also added 75g sultanas.  Will definately be making this on a regular basis.
