Ingredients
Cranberry & Orange Granola
- 1 orange peel, with no white
- 2 level tbsp raw sugar
- 4 Cups of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 40 grams pecans
- 50 grams almonds
- 25 grams sunflower seeds
- 25 grams pepitas
- 20 grams Coconut, Desiccated, Shaved or Shredded - up to you
- 10 grams sesame seeds
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt, Fine Grain of Choice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup of coconut oil, (Rice Bran or Olive Oil)
- 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Cup of Cranberries

- Preheat Oven to 150 Degress Celsius
- Line 2 Baking Trays with Baking Paper and set aside.
- Place Orange Rind and 50g Raw Sugar and "Blend" 30 Secs/Sp 9 or until the mixture has come together, similar to a paste consistency.
- Add 40g Pecans
- Add 50g Almonds and chop on Turbo for 1 Sec
- Add 25g Sunflower Seeds
- Add 25g Pepitas
- Add 20g Coconut Flakes, Shredded or Desicatted (up to you)
- Add 10g Sesame Seeds
- Add 15g Chia Seeds (White, Black or Mixed)
- Add 1 tsp of Salt (Fine Grain of Choice)
- Add 1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
- Add 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil (Rice Bran Oil or Olive Oil)
- Add 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup or Honey
- Add 1 Cup of Dried Cranberries "Blend" 2 Mins / 70 Degrees Celsius / "Counter-clockwise operation" / Sp 2 with the aid of the Thermomix Spatula through the lid
- Spread the Granola Mixture evenly across both prepared baking trays, then toast in the oven for 10 mins @ 150 degrees celsius.
- Take the trays out of the oven and stir the mixture on the baking trays with a Thermomix Spatula to ensure it is evenly toasted, then return and baking tray to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. (Be careful not to overcook so check every 5 mins as Ovens do vary).
- Once cooked, take the trays out of the oven and allow them to cool completely before transfer to a sealable container until its time to serve with your favourite yoghurt and fresh berries.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
