I had no condensed milk and didn't want to run out to the shops. So I tried this recipe. Wow I was so impressed. It's just like store bought condensed milk.
I will never buy it again.
Yum! Easy to make and worked perfectly in my recipe, just like the store-bought stuff
Made a quadruple batch in TM6. 10 min with MC in then removed it and added another 15 min (temp and speed as per recipe) Perfect consistency..does thicken as it cools. Makes equivalent 4 cans and I freeze in 2 separate Tupperware freezermates. Have made several other recipes and imo this the best
Just made this recipe OMG a life saver never buying tub stuff again. I use raw sugar as that all I had. As per comments TM5 reduced speed to 3. Not granually either. Cooked for extra 3 mins to thicken a bit more. ❤️ Thanks for sharing.
So easy. Added it to my Cookidoo so now I will always have the recipe on hand.
Fantastic
Made again today. Delicious and so easy
AJD: i make double batches and freeze in containers of 395gm which is generally the amount i use for what ever I'm making keeps really well in the freezer doesn't take long to thaw out as it doesn't actually freeze solid. Hope that helps
Perfect!
Haven't bought condenced milk since trying this one. I double the recipe no problem and use 100gm sugar per batch.
Freezes really well.
Super simple and although i only had skim powder worked out perfectly
