Kids loved them and the bread tastes like a soft damper.

Delicious but dense! I found I needed a lot more milk to get the dough consistency!

Very quick and easy, but not really like real scrolls. I agree with other posters that they are too much like scone dough. But hey, they are fine if you want something really quick and easy and if they will be eaten straight away. Not so good the next day

    Scone-like but fast!

These were too scone-like in consistency for my houwever my kids loved them. Great if you don't have time to faff around with yeast but if you prefer them fluffier than i would recommend a different recipe!

First thing I made in my thermomix  tmrc_emoticons.) Easy and yum and will be a regular freezer filler so thankyou. I however will be cutting the milk back to 300 and oven down to 200' but it's all trial and error.

These are great and very simple to make - especially if you don't have yeast on hand/the time to wait for it to proove. They do taste a lot like scones and are hence a bit heavier than your everyday cheesymite scrolls from the bakers. But still was a winner with me and my children and fantasticly simple and fast to make.

My kids loved these, so did their Dad!

They were a bit too much like scone dough for my liking, would probably try a modified bread recipe next time but they were definitely quick, tasty and a big hit for my troops Big Smile
