Ingredients
Flat Bread (gluten-free)
- 1000 grams carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch Celery, roughly chopped
- 8 large cloves garlic
- 1 large red onions peeled quartered
- 2 Jalapeño peppers, Deseeded and roughly chopped
- 125 grams lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sea salt, (optional)
- 210 grams raisins, soak, completely submerged, 20 minutes
Dry Ingredients
- 1000 grams linseed
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- sesame seeds, to sprinkle

1. Blend carrots, adding 690 gms water gradually until thick
and smooth 1 min/speed 9
Set aside in large bowl as your wet ingredients
2. Blend celery, adding 520 gms water gradually until thick
and smooth 1 min/speed 9
Set aside with carrots3. Place garlic, onion, salt, and lemon juice in bowl.
Add enough water to completely submerge. Blend 30 sec/speed 9
Set aside with wet ingredients4. Blend soaked raisins, 10 sec/speed 8
Set aside with wet ingredients5. In a dry bowl place 170gm flaxseed, grind 1 min/speed9
Repeat with the remaining flaxseeds.
You need to grind enough to measure 7 cups.6. Add Caraway and Coriander seeds, grind 30sec/speed 9
7. Now the fun part, mix the dry and wet together thoroughly
8. Line 9 dehydrator trays with teflex non-stick sheets
Spread 2 1/2 cups of mixture on each and spread evenly9. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and dehydrate 10-12 hours at 105°F (41°C) - cut into 9 pieces per tray
Note: If you want crackers, once they are cut, turn over and dehydrate for another 2-4 hours
