  1. 1 - Place all ingrediants in bowl.

    2 - Mix Closed lid"Closed lid" 6 seconds, speed 6

    3 - Now knead dough Closed lid"Closed lid"  2 minutes, Dough mode"Dough mode"

    4 - Transfer dough onto floured surface, cut into 2 pieces, and roll out to make 2 family size bases

    5 - Top with your toppings, cook and enjoy!

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    I love this recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!! The first time I made it hubby (who is can eat gluten) said it was his favourite pizza ever! I then made pies also using this pastry and again great reviews. Thank you thank you thank you SmileLolSmile

    Quick easy and tasty! I prebaked base for 8 mins before adding toppings and baking again
