I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add Yeast and H2O and set heat to 37 degrees, gentle stir, for 2 minutes
- Add Flour, Sugar, Oil, Salt and mix for 6 second on speed 6
- Use the Dough feature for 2 minutes
- Turn onto the floured mat and lightly flour
- Divide into 8 pieces of dough and work into the desired shape usually 10-12mm thick.
Lightly dust under each piece to stop it from sticking to the mat. - Cover with a tea towel and let rise for 20-30 minutes
- Place onto a lined baking tray carefully.
Try not to handle the dough too much.
The Thermomix baking mats from the mix shop work very well. - Place under the grill for approx 2 minutes on each side or until golden (Ensure the grill is high and the heat is on full) Or bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes on 220 degrees
- Enjoy.........xx
Tip
Can be cooked in the oven at 220 degrees for 6-8 Minutes

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Fabulous “go to’ recipe for lunch rolls, or smaller portions, Dinner Rolls. Highly recommend this recipe. I grind wheat fresh, in Thermomix and then follow recipe. Hubby loves them!
This is my go to recipe when I need some bread rolls fast as they are so quick and easy. I bake them in the oven and then pop them under the grill on the hottest setting for about 30 seconds to brown the top. My oven has a separate grill tray which is not very deep. I have cooked them in that and 2 to 2.5 minutes per side is defintely enough.
It can also depend on a individuals grill/oven heat.
I have added the oven baking variation aswell.
Sorry you never fond these easy.
Great recipe, thank you! Easy and quick, however probably closer to 5 min a side under the grill. Next time I'll add a little bit more salt, but I guess that is a personal thing.
Very nice but I didn't find them quick and easy . They took almost 10 mins on each side under the grill and I had to cover them with foil or they would've been burnt to a crisp. Not sure I'd waste so much time on these.... me, I'd rather bake a loaf if bread, sorry.

SENSATIONAL.. these will be so quick and easy to make before school. quicker than making a loaf of bread! I'm assuming that the yeast should be added to the first step though. I didnt realise until I added the remaining ingredients and had the yeast left over. Still turned out wonderfully though.
This is fantastic, so quick and easy. The entire batch vanished in minutes.
Oh wow this was so easy and so yummy
