- 5-6 Rashes Bacon, Chopped 3cm pieces
- 160 g red cabbage, Chopped 2-3cm
- 160 g green cabbage, Chopped 2-3cm
- 1 carrot, Chopped 2cm Pieces

Scrape the sides down
Repeat step 1, Chop 3 Seconds, Speed 5

Pour into your Wok or Frying pan on a medium heat
Stir untill coleslaw is softened and slightly translucent, approximately 10 minutes
Place into thermoserver or serve immediatley

Tip
Be careful not to over chop the Coleslaw as it will turn out mushy. Chunky is preferred
I follow the Autoimmune Paleo diet so this is a great side dish for this protocol

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
