Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and strawberry gum into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.

  2. Add juice and raspberries mix 20 sec/speed 9 using spatula to assist.

  3. Add cream and mix 10 sec/speed 5.

    As I am not in Australia I didn't have the Strawberry Gum and did without. Used Coconut Sugar which added a nice flavor. Put fresh rasberries on top and used frozen for the ice-cream.
