I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pop pitted dates, seeds (and/or nuts), cinnamon and maple syrup into the mixing bowl and blitz for 20 seconds/speed 4.
Scoop the mixture out of the bowl using a spatula and shape into balls (slightly smaller than golf balls and/or tiny watermelons) between your palms. Use a bowl of water to keep your hands from getting too sticky.
Roll the balls in desiccated coconut or crushed nuts/seeds and allow to firm up in the fridge (if you can be patient enough).
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Amazeballs
Tip
Sunflower seeds can be substituted with pecans

These are great for school as they're nut free!
Delicious! Miss 8 had great fun making these.
Oh yum! I added a few almonds, some currants and chia seeds, and a bit of extra syrup to bind it. Crunchy, fruity awesome goodness! Definitely on my 'repeat' list!!!!
Great recipe, I added a few cranberries, delish!

Delicious !!! So easy & healthy! Thankyou!
Hi Thermotruth. Hope you didn't throw out the bowl. Did you try filling your bowl with water and taking it to varoma as you would with dough remnants?

MPW, You can try using fine salt - but I'd probably use less of it. Salt flakes tend to have a milder flavour than fine table salt (which can also be full of anti-caking agents).

Tastes ok but made such a horrible sticky mess I considered throwning out the bowl and buying a new one
