I am new to thermomixing however I ran into difficulty with this recipe. Firstly I couldn't get my TM 5 to heat at 37'c at speed 8 , secondly when I finally did the 3minutes at speed 8  seemed to be excessive And I noticed what towards end the oil from the coconut separating ... I ended up with oily drippy mess.... I have no idea what I did wrong. Has anyone else had this issue?
