Recipe's preparation

    CHOC PEANUT BUTTER BLISS BALLS
  1. TIPS
The amount of balls you make will depend on the size you roll them.
I use Natures Way Cocao Organic Powder just because it adds some super foods to the mix but normal Cocao powder would be fine.
I also use a tablespoon of Vanilla Protein Powder, (I use the Happy Way brand) but it is just a nice without!
If the taste is not sweet enough feel free to add extra Rice Malt Syrup!

    STEPS

    1. Putting all the dry ingredients in the thermo together
    - Peanuts, Dates, Cacao and Protein powder(optional)
Mix on sp7 for 5 seconds.

You may like to mix for an additonal 5 seconds which I like to do as I don't like it too chunky.

    2. Add Rice Malt Syrup and Coconut oil and mix for 5 seonds on speed 3. If intgredients are not fully combined you may need to mix for a further few seconds.

    3. Roll in to balls and place in the fridge (be careful not to eat all the mixture before you roll them!!!!) :P
