Ingredients
Prep:
- 55g Shredded coconut
- 500g filtered water
Base Layer: Almond Crumble
- 200g almonds, raw
- 15g coconut oil
- 20g Pure Maple Syrup
- sprinkle of pink salt
Middle Layer: Cashew and coconut mint cream
- 60g Cashews, raw
- 1/3 --- cup, mint leaves
- 150g prepped coconut milk
- 30g coconut oil
- 20g Pure Maple Syrup
Top Layer: Chob Crunch
- 45g coconut oil
- 25g Pure Maple Syrup
- pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
- 25g Cacao powder raw

Prep: Make your own coconut milk
Add coconut to mixing bowl and mill until fine powder is formed.
Add filtered water and heat 3mins/50'/speed 2
Carefully blend speed 6/ 30sec
Place in fridge to chill. You will only use some of this so keep the rest in the fridge for a curry or smoothie. Make sure you use within 5 days to be safe
Base Layer:
Add almonds, cocnut oil, maple syrup and salt to mixing bowl and mix speed 6/30sec
Press out into lined small slice tray and place in freezer
Middle Layer:
Place cashews in mixing bowl and mill speed 10/ 10 secs remove and set aside
Add mint leaves to clean mixing bowl and chop speed 7/ 3 secs scrape down sides
Add 150g of your prepped coconut milk plus all other ingredients for this layer. mix speed 6/ 30secs
Pour over base evenly and return to freezer
Top Layer:
Place coconut oil, maple syrup, salt heat 2min/37'/speed 1
Add cacao powder and mix 30sec/speed 6
Work very quickly here....pour over slice and spread quickly evenly over surface. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and return to freezer.
Keep slice in freezer and enjoy slightly thawed.
