Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, Halved
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks Celery, sliced
- 1 --- small potato, cut to 1cm cubes
- 1 Swede, cut to 1cm cubes
- 1 parsnip, cut to 1cm cubes
- 700 g water
- 25 g brown rice, uncooked
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into size of preference
- Salt and Pepper to tasts
- 6 sprigs parsley, ripped into your size preference
- 20 g Butter

Delicious, both my partner and my daugher loved it and my partner usually wont eat soup. We ate it chunky and then for seconds I blended it so it was smooth.
Soup was really nice! I cooked the chicken with everything else and mine didn't shred. I cooked everything on reverse blade as a precaution!
Thats no good....mine has never done that before. I guess you could cook the chicken in the varoma while the soup is cooking then add last.
Tasted great but I think the cooked chicken should have been added at the end. Mine looked terrible because the chicken looked like desiccated coconut
